RETURN POLICY

Order cancellation can only be done before the delivery date.  

The user-customer can return the products he bought within 14 calendar days of receiving them, without having opened their packaging, having used them and at the same time presenting the proof of purchase .  

Refunds can be made within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products.  

Return costs are borne by the customer. It is clarified that the company is not responsible for the loss of products during the return process.  

In case of defective packaging or unacceptable product upon receipt  

• contact w ww . famelima . com , info @ famelima . com or 2103000409 for its return and after checking and identifying the problem we will proceed with a replacement.  
• When receiving the package by courier, refuse to accept it or contact us if the package is problematic on the outside.  
• Keep a photo of the defective products at the time of receipt
