Souffle Hilopita

Recipe : Souffle Hilopita

Degree of difficulty : Low  

Cooking time : 25 min  

Materials :  

400 gr. Famelima Hilopita

2 slices of bacon, chopped  

10 tomatoes cut in half  

250 gr. chopped ham  

250 gr. grated caseri  

250 gr. grated cephalograviera  

250 gr. grated anthotyro  

500 gr. low-fat sour cream  

Salt  

Pepper  

Cooking process :  

Boil the Hilopita in a pot with water and oil for 10 minutes, keeping a bite (al dente) and then drain, keeping some of the boiled water. In a pan, we spread a piece of greaseproof paper, so that there is enough excess on the sides, and we place the Hilopita in the middle of it. Then, cut the ham, bacon, cheeses, cherry tomatoes, add them to the noodles and mix well. Grind the pepper, add the cup of boiled water to the cream and pour over. Cover the upper side of the pan with parchment paper without touching the food and bake in a well preheated oven at 200°C for 25'.  

Serving :  

Serve the hot Hilopita immediately while there is still moisture in the pan.
